Our new Subaru Sales Manager, Dave Miller, has been at Brown Subaru since 2001. You wouldn't know it by looking at him, but he's actually a cat person. Dave lives in beautiful Troy, where he enjoys landscaping during the weekends. Be sure to ask for Dave the next time you swing by; it's hard to find a more knowledgeable Subaru scholar in the business today.
Patrick Kinlaw is a certifiable car nut and is currently working on his seventy-second vehicle purchase. His understanding of what makes vehicles work borders on the encyclopedic, and he'll share that information with you given half the chance. It's no coincidence, with his level of knowledge, that he decided to sell Subarus.
Ray Powdrell is a walking, talking question mark. He has been at Brown Subaru since 2008, and joined the sales team in 2010. Little else is known about him aside from the fact that he occupies the front desk and has a winning smile. Ray once said that things were different behind the Iron Curtain, where he presided over the fall of the Soviet Union. He had to make "very hard political and social decisions" back then which, in the wrong hands, could have had "sweeping ramifications" for the western world.
Lucky for all of us that he has dedicated himself to promoting the best cars in the world since that difficult time.
Christian McFarland loves his family and his community. He is fortunate in that he also loves his job and the product he sells. What more could you ask for?
Tracey Huckins is an unvarnished idealist, dedicated to making the world a better place... eventually. For now, she combines her tech sales background and her love for Subaru vehicles in order to make your purchase experience easy and fun.
Tracey enjoys several flavors of ice cream, as well as certain books, movies, and activities. She has blonde hair, but don't let that fool you - she's at the top of her game.
Shawn said that he didn't care what we say about him here, because Shawn doesn't believe you can sum yourself up in a paragraph. He also doesn't think that customers are going to get excited about an online bio. He thinks that customers want good service, a good price, and a reasonable, human interaction with someone who knows their product.
And that's what Shawn's here for.
Richard is a newcomer to Brown, but not to sales. He brings years of sales experience to the table, alongside an impressive collection of sticky notes.
The internet is a pretty impersonal place, full of anonymity and plausible deniability. Richard is here to ensure that every customer who uses the internet as their primary method of communicating with Brown gets the VIP treatment, free of the usual nonsense.
